Dwayne McCallum '88, M.S. '10

Dwayne McCallum has more than 25 years of experience in Banking, Insurance and Mergers & Acquisitions.  He has built a successful career by partnering with executive leaders to deliver optimal business results, including revenue growth, margin expansion, and business development.  Additionally, Mr. McCallum has led numerous change management and transformation initiatives to improve quality service to internal and external clients. 

Mr. McCallum has held senior level positions in several Fortune 500 companies including Regional Chief Operating Officer at Aon, plc, Regional Chief Financial Officer at Arthur J. Gallagher & Co., Vice President of Treasury & Security Services at JP Morgan Chase, and Senior Vice President & Head of Finance at National Australia Bank.

Mr. McCallum earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and an MBA in Finance from Mercy University where he graduated with honors and was inducted into the Delta Mu Delta Honor Society in Business.  Mr. McCallum has also been a recipient of the esteemed Dedicated Dads Award given by the Arthritis Foundation of New York.  He resides with his wife, Sophia, and their two sons, Marcus and Maison in White Plains, New York.
