Once you have graduated from Mercy University, your Mercy Student account (jdoe@mercy.edu) will update automatically to an Alumni account. If you are having trouble accessing your Alumni account, you can email IT at helpdesk@mercy.edu, providing them your first and last name at the time of graduation, your graduation year, and the best way to contact you. Contact the Alumni Relations Office at alumni@mercy.edu if you have any additional questions.
